      Your skipper

      Jean-Charles Levenne, skipper and engineer.

A skipper since 2017, I have sailed more than 60,000 nautical miles: four Atlantic crossings, deliveries all over the Mediterranean, and summer seasons in the Med and the Baltic as captain of a 77-foot Swan. I have strong experience of luxury sailing yachts and of new yachts straight out of the shipyard, from their first sea miles to their home port.

An engineer from École Centrale Paris, I deal with technical issues on board myself: engines, autopilot, steering, electrics, watermaker. A delivery is first of all a well-prepared boat.

I also build the tools I use at sea, such as reChain, which brings weather forecasts and messages to a Garmin inReach by satellite.
